MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

TEKNOLINEA accessories are manufactured based on a Sequential Stamping process using punches and molds that forms the piece, step by step, on a steel, brass or aluminum sheet and in some cases integrating wire; so each piece that is punched retains details and dimensions marked from design.

To make TEKNOLINEA accessories an attractive element, they must go through a Galvanic Finish which is an electrolytic process in which the ranges of tones on offer are produced, and in addition to protect them against early oxidation, this process accentuates the beauty of their creations.

But if you are looking for a very specific color, TEKNOLINEA also provides accessories painted based on a RAL catalog that allows matching the tone that best suits your requirements
